Learn. Respond. Learn some more. I like that.

For me, it means asking the client what could have helped more, not what went well. We all like praise, but it's only in exploring the gaps that we find arenas for improvement.

Raikes' talk about product agility seems particularly relevant in these times of recession. Although he talks about technology mostly, his principle of agility is widely applicable. How can you make sure to learn and respond from each situation so that your company, service, or product remains salient?
