What if? Network for Diversity and Inclusion

An open mind is a terrible thing to close.

Cleveland's China Connection is a 30 minute documentary that takes a look at how the bonds between Cleveland, Ohio and China are growing. China is a superpower whose economic and political impact is felt worldwide and in Cleveland, the impact is often personal. Hundreds of Chinese girls have been adopted by Cleveland families, Chinese language classes are springing up throughout the region and more and more Cleveland businesses are looking to China in a quest for profits. We travel with 3 Cleveland families for an emotional journey to introduce their daughters to the land of their birth. We look at how another family is making a difference in the lives of little girls in a rural Chinese village. We'll also visit one of the growing number of Chinese language schools that have opened in Cleveland and also find out how the business community is adapting to the new global economy.
