Who are you?
I help businesses, organizations and individuals acquire tools that help them build a thriving and diverse operation. I am a trainer and facilitator who works intensively with organizations and individuals to help them use diversity as a tool for success, build stronger teams and create inclusive workplaces.

Companies succeed when they build environments of teamwork and trust. I help them get there by removing the obstacles to success.

I help organizations overcome diversity challenges. I actually help people get rid of the noise that gets in the way of people connecting on a meaningful, deep level. I bring people together and get rid of the junk that keeps them apart.
What do you like to do with your spare time?
Read, hike, play tennis.
What type of music do you listen to?
Classical to alternative and much in between.
Favorite Movies?
Plot driven.
Favorite books?
Books that examine the human condition.
Favorite place to visit?
Any place that helps me connect with another culture or nature.

About Me

I help organizations celebrate diversity, improve interpersonal communication, build cohesive teams and strengthen workplace productivity and morale. I provide a comprehensive range of professional development training, facilitation and coaching services through my company, The Relationship Guy, LLC.

My coaching and training approach draws from a professional background of over twelve years experience designing and facilitating trainings and workshops and fourteen years helping individuals succeed in life.

It's Not about Our Differences

Think about this proposition: Diversity is about celebrating differences but not exclusively so. I write this because what often gets left behind is a focus on the things we have in common. Many people I talk with stare blankly when I talk about diversity. I frequently wonder whether people even realize that diversity is all around them.

Thanks, Guy.I am not normally wrapped around the computer,so consider yourself lucky to receive such a prompt response.I am up the walls with college work,doing a massive job in my back garden and have recently started a creative writing group,while caring for my eldest son (who has moderate special needs)I am very diverse and wish to continue.Good luck
