Hey Denise, The video of the day somewhat brings light to our last conversatin. This guy is very secure in being in a mans shoe and yet feels women have a place in this world along the side in the working place of these men. Good one

You are so right, we may not be here to see all the work that we put into a project of change, but my goal is to at least get it started and pray that the next generation will complete it.

Hey Denise I felt the same way about the statements that were made within this video. I feel we woman have come so far and to hear something like that to be going on was tragic but also it's sad but true, that is basically a mans world and to me they feel intimidated by these great females to even make comments as such. Also there are a lot more minorities interesed in this field so i say, look out nascar they can't stop the minorities now, we have became strong in all areas and being recognized more and more. Although diversity is still a big issue and we have a lot further to go we will pervail. Wonderful comment. Cyndi

hanks, I have been looking for some new reading material. I just finished reading Standing tall by C. Vivian Stringer. That is a book I recommend to anyone. As far as Corina Corina is concerned, the movie has a lot of reflections on the human spirit, so i enjoy that aspect. And yea, Whoopi was great!

Good Afternoon Cy,
I was only being facetious with that comment........LOL! I was only suggesting that with both film genre the outcome is primarily the same: blood, guts, gore :-)

Horror is about being scared and gangsta is about Capone and Scarface and gangsta's like that. I enjoy them both for different reasons. Also, love American Gangster with Denzil Washington.
